Hi, iam a female 25yrs, married with fertility problem, pcos. I would like to know the ways to burn the fat, exactly body fats. I was consuming more chickens and meat for the past 21/2 yrs, during which i gained weight of 10kgs! Please help!

I am 26 with ovarian cyst (non cancerous) and not the same as yours but I was told yesterday by my doctor that the fastest way to lose the belly is to drink lots of water and only water for a few days and replace meals with broth, not soup, broth with low sodium.
On a program this morning I learned that fruits and vegetable for a week and water as a meal replacement is also a good meal replacement that give fast results.

First see a Dr and check your Thyroid, Insulin levels, to rule out these problems for gaining weight. There are no fat burning foods that I am aware of. There are no foods that actually take fat and burn it away. The only way to lose weight is to take in less than what you burn yourself. This means if you eat something that is 500 calories, you must do exercises that burn the same amount (to maintain). You’d have to do MORE exercises to lose weight.
Maybe you should ask your doctor about the best way for you to lose the extra weight, since you’re having fertility issues. He/she would probably want to make sure that you’re doing it the healthiest way possible if you’re looking to have a baby.

Well i know a easy way to lose fat, When you wake up in morning,drink lemon juice ( two lemons in half glass water), don`t eat anything for one hour.Sure will work. (tested).Hope this will help

Till my knowledge, there are no body fat burning foods. It can only be reduce from the body. Ways of reducing are: Stop having high fat containing foods like ghee,butter, paneer, skimmed milk, wafers,even groundnuts. Secondly reduce consumption of High Carbohydrate food item like rice, sweets, which in excess gets converted in body to FAT for storage.. lastly you can reduce your fat from body by doing Morning exercise on empty stomach for minimum of 30 min, which on depletion of body sugar, converts Fat from storage into sugar for exercise and its consumption…try out for month and look…but never try to stop following after trying because it will speedily recovers fat storage on leaving the exercise.

i am a 27 year old girl who used to be real bulky. but then i found someone who adviced me to take a negative calorie balance in food. it really worked and i lost about 28kgs and is slim and beautiful and i am still maintaining my weight after one year completing the program.
it is real easy, it is done like, if we have to have 2000cal a day, we take 1500cal. then the remaining cal will be taken from our bodyfat. and along with that you have to do simple exercises like walking, cycling or yoga. and drink a lot of water, include more vegs in your food. avoid fried foods, beverages, potato, roots, nuts, beef, mutton and chicken organ meet. you can have chicken breasts as long as it is not skinned and not fried.take green salads before every meal. that will reduce the amount of food you eat. cut back on fat and carbohydrates and take plenty of proteins.
if you go with this, you could feel the difference in one week and also take a glass of warm water laced with honey and lime in the morning. that too will help. take plenty of lime water without sugar and butter milk. when taking milk and curd make sure it is skimmed.and reduce sugar entirely or go for low calorie sweeteners but they are not good.
